"Called to price homeowners insurance, they said they could cover home at a certain price if I bundled auto with home, gave a price for home and auto insurance agreed, a couple months go by and I call to check on home insurance, lady said sorry can’t cover home for some bogus reason, never gave me a heads up on the none covering home, that leaves a person hurrying to find coverage for the home because of non communication, then since autos are already switched to there company they almost double the price of auto policy without a email, letter, smoke signal, drive by or any notice, that’s chicken feces as far as I am concerned, beware of these tactics!"

"I had a terrible experience with State Farm Insurance recently. The representative I spoke to over the phone was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I simply asked a yes or no question, and instead of getting a straightforward answer, I was met with yelling and hostility. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I will be changing agents because of this individual. I do not recommend dealing with this representative at all. Extremely disappointed in the service. Update: I am extremely disappointed with State Farm. They canceled my policy without proper notice and then had the audacity to try and blame me for it. I had been a loyal customer, consistently paying my premiums on time, and I expected better treatment. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they shifted the blame onto me, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive when I tried to resolve the issue. I would not recommend State Farm to anyone looking for reliable insurance."

"9/7/23- I have been waiting a refund check since April. Donna is rude, hung up on me because she didn’t want to answer questions and was telling me different information than another person employed here. Then refused to answer the phone. Reporting to corporate now. Corporate has confirmed Donna has not been truthful with me. Big shocker. Rude, Unprofessional & would rather play on his phone than help his customers!!! Eric’s response to a problem “that’s her problem”."
